When selecting the PayPal payment method in the checkout, you will be automatically redirected to your PayPal page from the order overview after clicking on “Continue to payment”. Sofort. is a fast and convenient payment method with TÜV certificate and TÜV-tested transaction security based on proven online banking with PIN/TAN entry for the secure processing of your online purchases.

Sofort. works like a normal online bank transfer at your bank. You can carry out the payment process for an online purchase directly with the account details of your online bank account.

During your order, select your payment option Sofort.

As soon as you have entered your order data completely, click on “Continue to payment”. You will be automatically redirected to the payment form of Sofort GmbH.

Please enter your bank code first so that we can establish a connection with your bank.

Enter your login name and PIN and the TAN assigned by your bank. Note: The actual completion of the order takes place in the next step, after you have entered and confirmed your bank details on the Sofort GmbH secure form.

If you select “Continue” after entering your TAN, the order process is completed. You will receive an overview of your order with all important details such as the transfer number, order reference number and your customer number.

Mit Absenden Ihrer Bestellung wird der Rechnungsbetrag auf Ihrer Kreditkarte reserviert. Erst zu dem Zeitpunkt, zu dem die Ware an den Versender übergeben wird, wird Ihre Kreditkarte tatsächlich belastet. Im Falle einer Retoure werden wir den Betrag Ihrem Kreditkartenkonto umgehend nach Verarbeitung des Wareneingangs wieder gutschreiben.

Eventuell in Anspruch genommene kostenpflichtige Versandleistungen – wie der Versand per Express – können bei einer Rücksendung der Ware nicht zurück erstattet werden.
